Ragged Edge Print Studio Presents: Ragged Edge Beads

Ragged Edge Beads, a small community of jewelry makers, is hoping to bring beadists together from the capital region area. Every two weeks the group will me at the Ragged Edge Print Studio to learn and share with companions of the beading family and work on unified-featured project. Additionally, we  want to encourage beadists to bring in projects from home to share, ask questions, and work on in the company of others.

This September, we will start the adventure with the beautiful wire formed tree pendants, also known as trees of life. These trees offer unity and versatility to many jewelers styles and color pallettes. The tree is composed in a metal circle; the twisted wire is transformed by your imagination; and optional bead emblishments add to the final composer. We will charge a small material fee for the metal ring and bead wire; however, you can choose to bring or buy beads ranging in size from 4mm to 6mm (e.g. crystals, gemstone chips, pearls).
